Featured At The Conference On Global Health—The HRH Global Resource Center

The International Conference on Global Health in May will feature a poster presentation on the IntraHealth-led Capacity Project’s Human Resources for Health Global Resource Center (HRH GRC). The GRC is an online, digital library devoted to human resources for health that aims to support national and community health programs and health workers around the world.

The GRC offers more than 1,600 resources covering education and training, human resources management, planning, retention and other vital HRH issues. Launched in 2006, the site is now visited by 35,000 people per month. The GRC has served clients from 182 countries and makes information available in a number of formats, including the website, RSS feeds, a newsletter and CD. 

As the GRC continues to grow and develop it will be incorporating a number of new features. Users will be able to rate each resource and see what their peers consider to be the most helpful material. There will also be a page for recently added resources.
